Between 27th April and 3rd May, Eduardo Rico and Enriqueta Llabres taught a 8 day workshop in ESA Paris dealing with the different potentials open by the Relational Urbanism as disciplinary framework. |

Enriqueta Llabres has recently been awarded 1st prize in the competition to build a series of environmentally advanced canopies in Candelaria, Tenerife. The concept is rooted in the incorporation of environmental variables (sun + wind) into the spatial configuration of the project. |

RELATIONAL URBANISM IN IAAC, BARCELONA |

On January 8th, Relational Urbanism will be giving a lecture in the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia, Barcelona. The lecture will outline the main conceptual underpinnings and open fields of exploration in the urban design disciplines brought by the understanding of urban design as derived from Relational Models. It will also introduce academic and practice experiences where this type of thinking has previously been applied. |

RELATIONAL URBANISM IN Ma AALU, ARCHITECTURAL ASSOCIATION, LONDON |

On March 8th, Relational Urbanism give a workshop in the Ma Course Landscape Urbanism ain the architectural Association, London. The work will focus on current research on time based approach to urban design, linked to theories of cybernetics and relatioanlism. The workshop will include excel scripting as well as introductions to Paracloud and Paracloud Gem. |
